Free & Premium Access
- Free Server: You can use the available free VPN server without a premium subscription.
- Server Unlock: Watch 2 advertisements to unlock a selected server for 1 hour.
- Automatic Switch: When the 1-hour unlock expires, the VPN automatically switches to the free server while keeping the VPN connection active.
- Unlock Again: Watch the required advertisements again to use the selected server for another 1-hour period.
- Premium: Premium users can access premium server features without the advertisement-based unlock requirement, according to their subscription plan.
Connection Troubleshooting
VPN won't connect
- Check that your device has an active internet connection.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the VPN.
- Try another available VPN location.
- Restart the app and try again.
Server is slow
- Try another server location closer to your current location.
- Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Disconnect other VPN or proxy services that may be running on your device.
Subscription issue
If you have a subscription or purchase issue, please contact us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue. Subscription billing and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store.
Privacy & Data
Super VPN uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us understand app usage, improve performance, and diagnose crashes. We do not intentionally store your browsing history, websites visited, search queries, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic as part of providing the VPN service.
