We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to monitor app performance and improve user experience. Analytics may process app events, feature interactions, session information, app version, operating system information, and general device or diagnostic information. Crashlytics may process crash reports, error information, device information, app version, operating system version, and diagnostic details needed to identify and resolve technical issues.

2. VPN Services and Data Usage

• Our service offers multiple servers across various countries to enhance your VPN experience.
• We utilize WireGuard protocol to provide a secure and fast VPN connection.
• The app may display downloading and uploading data statistics for your current VPN session. These statistics are used to provide information about your VPN usage and are not intended to be retained as permanent user records.
• Super VPN does not intentionally store your browsing history, websites visited, search queries, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic as part of providing the VPN service.
• VPN traffic may be temporarily processed through our VPN servers as necessary to establish, maintain, and operate your VPN connection.
• Super VPN does not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the basic VPN service.
• We do not intentionally store personal information locally in the app for permanent use. Any temporary app data is removed when it is no longer required, and app data stored locally is removed when the app is deleted, subject to normal operating-system behavior.

3. Advertising

Super VPN may display advertisements to support the availability of free VPN features. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising providers, which may process certain information for purposes such as delivering, measuring, and improving advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

3.1 Server Unlock Through Advertisements

• Watch 2 advertisements to unlock a selected server for 1 hour.
• This is temporary access. Once the 1-hour timer expires, you will automatically switch to the free server. Your VPN connection will stay active; only the selected server may change.
• To use the selected server again, you may need to watch the required advertisements again.

3.2 Advertising Data

The availability and behavior of advertisements may vary based on factors such as your location, device, advertising inventory, and third-party advertising providers. Super VPN does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

4. Subscription and Payment Processing

• All subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

5. International Transfer of Personal Data

• Super VPN - Protools LLP uses VPN servers located in multiple countries.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred across international borders for processing and storage. Different countries may have varying data protection regulations.

These may include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, third-party advertising providers, Apple App Store services, and VPN infrastructure providers. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Super VPN. The VPN service uses the WireGuard protocol to establish encrypted VPN connections. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Super VPN is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating user accounts or profiles. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action where required.

10. Privacy Choices

You may stop using the VPN service or uninstall the application at any time. You may also manage available advertising and privacy settings through your device and manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account. If you voluntarily provide personal information to us, you may contact us regarding that information.
